Overview

This policy governs what you may send and do through ChatDaddy. It forms part of the Terms of Service. Because messages are delivered over WhatsApp, Meta’s own Business Policy and Commerce Policy apply in addition to this one, and are in some cases stricter — where they conflict, the stricter rule applies.

You must not

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages, or message people who have not opted in.
  • Ignore opt-out requests. Recipients must be able to stop messages at any time.
  • Impersonate another person, business, or brand.
  • Send phishing, malware, or fraudulent payment requests.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse recipients.
  • Send content prohibited by WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce Policies — including regulated goods such as firearms, illegal drugs, tobacco, and unapproved supplements.
  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute the platform without written permission.
  • Probe, load-test, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or tenant isolation.

Message templates

Outbound template messages (used to start or re-open a conversation window) are submitted to Meta for review before they can send. We surface Meta’s approval, rejection, and pause decisions directly in the product; you may not attempt to route around a rejected template by disguising its content or category.

Enforcement

We may suspend sending, restrict features, or terminate a workspace for violations of this policy. Where the risk allows, we will contact you first. Meta may independently restrict or ban a WhatsApp Business Account for policy violations, and those decisions are made by Meta and are outside our control.

Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse through the contact form, or if you personally received an unwanted message, use the data deletion instructions. Include the sending number and, where possible, a screenshot or message ID.
